Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to evenly distribute the leavening agent.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
