  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Ferrero Rocher cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add Nutella and sugar, then continue to blend until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
  3. Assemble and bake: Pour the Nutella cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (165°C) for about 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake center is almost set but slightly jiggly.
