  1. Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Prepare Dough: Add almond flour to the melted cheese mixture and mix thoroughly until a dough forms. If sticky, let it rest briefly to firm up.
  3. Shape Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired bread shape and thickness.
  4. Bake Dough: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the dough, still on the bottom parchment, onto a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
