Cheesecake Filling

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form an even crust layer.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until fully incorporated. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, blend in vanilla extract until just combined.
  3. Assemble and bake: Pour the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
