Wraps
- 4 12-inch wrap style tortillas
Filling
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomato spread
- 8 oz Boar’s Head oven roasted turkey breast, shaved
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- Prepare the tortillas: Spread about 2 tablespoons of the sun dried tomato spread evenly over each tortilla to create a flavorful base layer.
- Add turkey and spinach: Layer 2 ounces of the shaved oven roasted turkey breast on top of the spread, then add approximately 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves over the turkey for a fresh crunch.
- Roll the wraps: Starting at one end, roll up each tortilla tightly and completely to hold all the ingredients securely inside.
- Chill the wraps: Place the rolled wraps in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes to help them set and make slicing easier.
- Slice and serve: If desired, cut off the ends of each wrap to make the sides even. Then, slice the remaining wrap into 8 bite-sized pieces for easy serving.
Notes
- Chilling the wraps before slicing helps the filling stay together, resulting in neater slices.
- You can substitute the turkey breast with chicken, ham, or a vegetarian protein for variation.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free tortillas.
- Serve these wraps as appetizers, lunch, or party finger food.
- Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
